Learning to fly - CROW POSE. It is not as hard as you think. Ungymnist promise!

Start with your wrists under your shoulders and palms firmly on floor. Bring the inner edges of your feet to touch and then bring the back of your knees to the back of your arms or triceps. Rock your body more forward than you think so that your face is actually in front of your hands.

Stay here breathing through your nose as noted in the picture on the left. Then maybe roll more into the front edge of your toes, rocking your weight more forward and pulling your abdomen up. Then before you realize it your toes may float off the ground!

And if you didn’t have a nose job today, literally, you should be safe even if you fall :)

Today’s foods

Breakfast was half a zucchini, cut into small pieces and stir-fried with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and curry power, and a scrambled egg. Coffee, almost black.

I’ve been getting really creative with my meals lately, cooking and baking more, and staying away from flour, pasta, rice, etc. I guess they way I’ve been eating could be considered gluten free, which seems to be working well for me. I’ve been baking with almond and oat flour instead.

Additionally, I’ve been liking less and less cream in my coffee.
