Going back down from my ridiculous vacation and travel spike. I’d like to settle around 110. Continue to eat well, not indulging in fast food, and not worrying so much about what my weight is. 


Necessary

Things I’ll allow myself to consume today:

-coffee
-waffle
-naked juice
-greek yogurt
-chicken or turkey
-egg
-rice
-tea

Ho-ly shit.


I’ve been a solid 112 for well over a month now

At one point, I made it to 110, but never past that. I would say I’m happy about this, but I haven’t been trying. I’ve been stressed and busy and simply not eating. I consume a lot of coffee, I skip breakfast, I live on granola bars. None of it is healthy. I make an attempt to not eat fast food the days which I work (which is every day) by eating the “lean cuisine” or “smart ones” microwaveable meals. Sometimes I’ll steam myself a bag of vegetables, but that’s about it.

In a way, I don’t mind it. It’s not like I have time to work out anyways. I like that I’m too busy to obsess about what I’m eating. I just don’t have to even think about it.
